The "One Million Sustainable Pads" campaign aims to alleviate the suffering of girls and women, help them manage their menstrual cycles with dignity, and break down barriers to accessing sanitary and clean menstrual products. In partnership with the factory, the campaign seeks to distribute over one million reusable pads (Amna pads) to marginalized and displaced girls and women in Sudan and Sudanese refugees in Chad and Uganda.
To date, the campaign has raised €36,677 and over 500,000 Sudanese pounds. While this is a modest amount, its impact is significant, as it has successfully distributed 8,856 pads in Kassala and educated 3,000 girls and women.
